pratuljain-116x150Pratul Jain is a Director in Nangia & Co and has more than 15 years of corporate finance experience to his credit. Pratul started his career in the Tata Group, as a management consultant in Tata Strategic Management Group. Subsequently he has worked extensively within the corporate finance and investment banking verticals of Ernst & Young and KPMG. Pratul has worked in several geographies such as the Middle East, Singapore, UK and India. Until recently, Pratul was the Head of Treasury and Strategy for a large Indian corporate.

During his corporate finance career, Pratul has been worked on several land-mark transactions including London main board listing of global mining companies, divestment of upstream oil & gas assets, PE investment into global infrastructure projects, downstream oil and petrochemical projects . Specifically within India, he has undertaken numerous buy-side transactions on behalf of leading private equity firms within the infrastructure domain.

Within Nangia & Co, Pratul is responsible for the investment banking vertical and has origination and execution responsibilities for M&A and fund syndication engagements.

rohitgoyalRohit Goyal is an Associate Director for Corporate finance and Transactions Advisory practice. He is an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Chartered Accountant (qualified in May 2004).  He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

He has significant experience in advising clients in the field of Corporate M&A, buy-side/sell-side advisory, corporate fund raising (debt and equity syndication) and transaction structuring involving tax, regulatory (FEMA and FDI regulations), corporate law, SEBI and transaction financing issues.

Prior to joining Nangia Advisors, he has worked with ICICI Bank- Structured Finance Group (Investment Banking), catering to unique financing requirements of corporate clients. He has developed vast experience in devising innovative financing structures (transaction structure considering regulatory/capital requirements, security structure, other terms and conditions of financing). Typical structured finance solutions involved Cross border and domestic Mergers & Acquisition financing, structured promoter financing for new projects, joint ventures, infrastructure, real estate funding, asset financing, project financing, structured products for balance sheet, capital structure and liquidity management including convertibles, external commercial borrowings and equity linked products.
