Vikram Pratap Singh

Vikram Pratap Singh is a Partner with the Firm and is based out of the New Delhi & Mumbai Offices. He joined the Firm in 2001, qualified in 2005 .  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of New Delhi.

He specializes in the field of audit and assurance and has considerable experience and expertise in audit of foreign entities doing business in India as well as companies in the manufacturing, infrastructure and service sectors. His client base ranges from foreign companies, joint ventures, subsidiaries of foreign companies to listed, unlisted and private domestic companies. The nature of services has ranged from statutory audit, internal audit, and internal controls audit to investigations, tax audit and special audits.

He also possesses rich experience in the field of Project Financing and Direct Tax compliance & representation.

Nirmal Singh

Nirmal possess a rich experience of more than 12 years in Indirect taxes including customs and foreign trade regulations. Prior to his association with Nangia & Co LLP he was associated with E&Y for almost 6 years, he has also worked with BMR Advisors and PwC. His key roles with his previous employers include engagements relating to indirect tax laws specifically for purposes of business advisory and consulting, transactional advisory, restructuring, compliances, advocacy, liaison, regulatory audits and litigation management. He was leading in business development activities.

He has extensively worked on Goods and Services Tax implementation, advising and supporting post go live such as transition, representation, advisory, compliances, advising on advance ruling, handling scrutiny, GST review and past litigation clean up.

Presently, he is working in the capacity of Partner- IDT with the firm.

Anshu Khanna 

Anshu Khanna is a Partner at Nangia & Co LLP and focused on India-US cross border business. Anshu has over twenty years of experience across the professional services life cycle. She has done Advisory, Compliance, and Litigation work on various Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and Regulatory matters for domestic and multi-national businesses across Technology, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail and Real Estate sectors.

She has worked with clients on Entry and Exit structures, M&A, and Regulatory affairs of FEMA, FDI, SEZ, etc. She has also represented before Commissioner of Appeals, Tax courts and the Dispute Resolution Panel.

She set up Grant Thornton and Deloitte’s Tax Practice in Hyderabad and grew it significantly across the Tax service lines. She has also worked in EY, KPMG and PWC.

Anshu is a regular contributor to Tax publications, speaker at various Tax forums and active in YPO Bay Area.

Shailesh Kumar

Shailesh Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is also a law graduate and a member of Bar Council.  He has an experience of more than 11 years of working in professional organizations like, direct tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP and tax litigation practice of law firm, PDS Legal-Advocates & Solicitors.

He has advised various multinational companies on various international tax and domestic taxation issues.  He has rich experience of drafting appeals & petitions before various High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Authorities under Income tax laws on various direct tax as well as transfer pricing issues.  He regularly represents clients in their tax matters before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Dispute Resolution Panel, Commissioner (Appeals) and Assessing Authorities.  Presently, he is a part of the Direct Tax team in the capacity of Partner with Nangia & Co LLP
