He has over 18 years of experience of working with Infrastructure projects. Viz. Urban Infrastructure (Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste Management), Industrial Infrastructure (Industrial Parks, Food Parks, Leather Parks, Plastic Parks, Clusters, Investment Promotion). He has also been instrumental in projects for ports, waterways, tourism etc
Asgar has extensive experience in conceptualizing & detailing PPP, DBOOT, BOOT, EPC, Service Contracts and Management Contract structuring for large scale infrastructure projects. He is also well conversant with Indian and International environmental codes & practices, CPHEEO Guidelines and Norms, BIS & ASME Codes
In the past he has worked with flagship Government of India Programs like JnNURM, UIDSSMT, National Mission for Clean Ganga, Smart Cities, Sagarmala, Jal Jeevan Mission, Swachch Bharat Mission etc
He has also worked with multilateral and bilateral funded projects like World Bank, ADB, USAID, USTDA, JICA. He has worked extensively across various states in India and with Government of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Malaysia and Canada.
Currently Asgar heads the infrastructure consulting business with the firm as part of the Government Advisory team.

He has more than 17 years of domestic and international experience of working with EY and KPMG across statutory audits, mergers & acquisitions and risk consulting areas. He has assisted clients across sectors to implement enhanced levels of corporate governance standards balanced with business goals. He has the capability to formulate and implement tactical initiatives and advise Board of Directors and senior management with practical ways to prevent, detect and respond to fraud situations, disputes, misconduct or non-compliance.
He is experienced in leading large fraud investigations, management audits, addressing matters related to ethics & integrity and regulatory non-compliances. He led more than 300 complex forensic engagements pertaining to investigations, arbitration, digital forensic, data analytics, fraud risk assessments, insider trading prevention, integrity due intelligence, forensic audits, transaction audit, FCPA due diligence, pre and post acquisition forensic services, etc.. He has assisted large group of companies to defend themselves from anticipated regulatory actions due to employee misconduct or non-compliance of law.
He has helped organizations in setting up fraud intelligence units using forensic data analytics and technology driven solutions. Some of the key issues investigated include bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, sexual harassment, data/IP theft, diversion of funds, third-party frauds, marketing and distribution frauds, capex frauds, money laundering and senior management exits.
Kaushal has been a speaker on various occasions on topics related to fraud and misconduct, ethics, integrity and regulatory changes. He has conducted ‘ethical dilemma’ and train the trainer workshops for senior management. He was a registered faculty for Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention Course of ICAI. He has authored multiple whitepapers/ point of views on various topics including ‘Prevention of Insider Trading’, ‘Code of Conduct’, ‘Trends of Fraud during Covid 19’ amongst others.
With over 25 years of expertise in Sustainability/ESG, Developmental/Social Responsibility and allied services, some engagements that had been led and delivered by him in his professional career, in the areas of his expertise were of the first of its kind in India or globally, some of which have been adopted at a national/global level for larger societal and environmental benefit.
With professional qualifications in Civil Engineering and post-graduation in Environmental Management from institutes of repute. He has over 25 years of experience, of which over 15 years of his service has been with consulting/audit majors Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and DNV in national, regional and global leadership roles. Rajib is in possession of sound and balanced understanding of both consulting and assurance/audit services of his areas of expertise.
Rajib has drafted various white papers, some of which have eventually shaped up in national policies. His views and thoughts on his areas of expertise are often published by prominent and leading print media in India and abroad. He is often invited by various industry, government, UN and professional organizations in India and abroad for thought leadership/policy development events. Rajib is a member of various national and international forums, inclusive of UN organizations. For some national panels that have been formed by the nodal national standards development body of India, The Bureau of Indian Standards, Rajib, in his role as a convener/core drafting team has been entrusted with the responsibility of developing the Indian Non-Financial Assurance Standards (IS 26002) for audit of non-financial matters; and the Indian CSR Standard (IS 26001).

Vishnu has an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Law. He has over 23 years of extensive work experience in developing successful businesses, directing sales, and running businesses in a variety of consulting and implementation fields. He has worked with a number of government clients in the fields of information technology, system integration, application development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure advisory, smart cities, governance, and skill development, among others.
Vishnu has managed projects funded by the World Bank, DfID, state governments, and the Government of India in various Indian states, as well as with the Government of Nepal. Vishnu has a wealth of experience developing procurement strategies for a variety of government clients.
Vishnu has previously worked on flagship programmes such as JNNURM, e-District, CCTNS, Smart City Mission, NSDC, etc.
